WSA has been a Microsoft Certified Partner since 2001 and several competencies under the new Microsoft Partner Network.  WSA prides itself on its competence and expertise with Microsoft technologies and maintain a close relationship with many of their technical staff. Through this relationship, we ensure our clients receive the latest information regarding Microsoft products. Our associates are required to hold Microsoft certifications.

 

 

Dell

WSA is a Dell Premier and Certified Partner. Our technical associates are required to be knowledgeable about current and emerging Dell products and maintain Dell certifications so we can can quickly self-approve warranty returns for our customers. WSAs relationship with Dell insures our clients get fair pricing on Dell products and we have knowledge and experience to design and support Dell solutions.

 

 

Cisco

WSA has earned the Cisco Certified Small Business Practice designation, recognizing our focused business practice for our technological and business expertise specific to small and medium-sized businesses. This is an outstanding accomplishment and exemplifies our commitment to providing complex network technology solutions to our client's business.

 

To receive this designation, WSA completed a focused effort to increase the level of Cisco sales and support capabilities within their organization. We also met the rigorous Cisco certified personnel levels required of an SMB Select Partner to properly sell, design, install, and support products for the small to medium-sized business marketplace.
